The all in one shot you need with concentrated, powerfully potent ingredients perfect for your skin health, gut health, immune system, metabolism, digestive support, and ridding your body of toxins

Ingredients: adjust the ratios based on how many shots you want for the week - I usually take one each day and these last about 4 days so I make them 2X/week or you can freeze them in bulk

  • 1 cup of fresh chopped pineapple

  • 1/2 cup of roughly chopped fresh ginger (more or less depending on your spice tolerance)

  • 1/4 cup roughly chopped fresh turmeric

  • Juice from 2 lemons

  • Big splash of water (or I like coconut water for electrolytes which help you hydrate!)


Directions:

No juicer necessary. Just need a high-power blender + fine mesh strainer or nutbag to strain.

  • Juice your lemons with a small hand squeezer

  • Peel, un-core and chop your pineapple

  • chop ginger and turmeric (not need to peel! there is good nutrients in the skin)

  • Add above ingredients plus big splash of water or coconut water into high power blender

  • Blend on high for up to 1 minute or until ingredients are very well blended

  • Pour blended juice over a fine mesh strainer into a large sealable glass container. Use a soft spatula to press the pulp against the mesh strainer to help get as much liquid through the strainer as possible.

  • Store in 2oz glass containers (linked below)

  • Consume your delicious, nutrient-packed juice within 3-4days. It’s natural for ingredients to separate. Shake well before consuming!
